Its Wednesday the 19th of October 2011 and following on from yesterdays blog about our Winter weddings we have had even more enquiries coming through about weddings in November, December and even January and February.
The Christmas theme wedding is certainly more popular this year and so is the Valentines day wedding. Although you will probably not get the perfect wedding day weather in these months you can still get the perfect wedding day food thanks to the hog roast caterer team. Many people say that our hog roast and other meat roasts make the perfect winter warmer so it makes sense to enjoy these at your Winter wedding. At the moment I have having many requests for wedding menus in December and customer are asking to tweak them slightly so that they fit perfectly into the Christmas theme. The main tweaks are spit roasted turkeys instead of hog roast for the main and Christmas pudding for dessert!
