Out on events today and it has sure been one hell of a fine day. The sun was shining and the birds were singing. All was set to be one of those days which the mobile hog and spit roast caterer dreams of. As we headed towards our first catered wedding function in the northern parts of Cumbria, we noticed that there was a strange noise coming from the back of the catering van we were in.
